The WatchLog software
WatchLog is open-source software. Everything except the ee/ directory is licensed under the GNU Affero General Public License v3.0 (AGPL-3.0). The licence, not these terms, governs your use, modification and distribution of the software. Code in ee/ is under a separate commercial licence.
As the AGPL says, the software comes without any warranty. You run it on your own infrastructure and are responsible for how you use it.
WatchLog Cloud
WatchLog Cloud is not available yet. When it opens, it will have its own terms of service, which you will accept when you sign up.
Names and logos
"WatchLog" and the WatchLog logo identify this project. You may use them to refer to the project, but not in a way that suggests we endorse you or your product.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any damage arising from your use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
